I flew from Tucson, AZ to Elmira, NY to buy a bike from this dealer (Helen, mainly!) and rode it home. Was it the bike? Yes. The price? Yes. Was it the honest, upfront, helpful, go outta their way people who took personal time to deliver the bike to me? ABSOLUTELY BINGO! Don't kid yourself about "far away dealers" versus "big local dealers", it's the people and the service they provide that matters! If you have doubts about what I'm saying, put some "skin in the game" and call Helen or Cody! While you're there give a wink to "Blushing Paula" for me and get some fashion advice (thanks babe!), you wont be sorry. I flew all that distance and rode back 2400 miles and I have "no regrets"! I don't even doubt that there would be, "service, after the sale" if I needed it, even from this distance. Go see what "experience" gets you over "flashy" salespeople!

10 months ago i purchased a Brand Spanking new 2020 Street Glide. I just got to tell ya, I walked in as a Customer and left as a Friend. The whole entire Staff bends over backwards to make sure your visit is a great Experience. I don`t know of many places that call you by your first name when you walk through those doors. I have been searching for a new bike for quite some time. I reached out via online quote originally back in September of 2019. Helen responded quickly via text and we spoke for a few days. I was unsure about what I wanted, as I wanted to fit my budget, but didn't want to "settle"...again. At no point did she pressure me or make me feel rushed. I decided against a bike at the time, as the season was ending, and I didn't want to make a large purchase and then not use it. As luck would have it, I submitted an online request again back in late February. Helen quickly responded again, and we picked right back up where we had left off. No pressure, quick responses, very detailed and accomodating. She gave me a great deal on my trade, and quickly settled on what I believe to be the perfect bike for me. I came down to the showroom, and finally got to meet her face to face. She is so friendly and outgoing! She walked me around, showed me the bike, went over financial details, and didn't try to pressure me when I said I needed to think about it and talk it over with my wife. The next day, I texted her and told her that I was going to do it! I went back down, got the paperwork taken care of, got some parts/accessories, and left with my 2020 FLHT Electra Glide Standard!The entire process, from beginning to end, was so smooth and comfortable. Cody and Helen are the best, I drove 2 hrs. in the snow on Thursday to finalize my deal and they both came down and open up for me . That is dedication. I got to hug a cpl mechanics which made my day since I had been deprived of male company for a while(all women camp outs). When my baby went under the knife they sent me regular updates with pics. Their driver is a cool customer. Killer goatee with hair reminiscent of Wade Garrett (that's Sam Elliott's character in Road House for those of you who were born after all the rad movies were made) They also have coffee.... it's drinkable, unlike the sludge they sell at the gas station down the road.

I did a search online and came across Eisenhauer Harley, I saw a 94 softail. so on a rainy Oct 8 2116, my wife and I road tripped to the shop. I had no real expectations, I figured we would look no harm in that "right" LOL wrong. As soon as we came through the door we were greeted by Helen, I told her that I was interested in 94 softail and out to the barn we went. (Still no expectations) Once there we were greeted by Claudio, He started it up, right then and there my long lost dream of owning a bike again became a reality. I had asked about customizing and was told absolutley. I was directed to John in parts and the progess began. I spent the next few hours getting the parts set up for my bike (while my wife shopped Ut Oh LOL). once all the details were sorted out we left with the feeling of a family reunion, happy. Moving now to 10/21/16 I had called John and was told that my front end wouldn't be there till Nov 18th (bummer) so I ask to be transfered to Helen, but she was available, 10 mins later she called me back. I told her that I was interested in the 2001 softail we talked for a few. 10/23/16 I walked though the door and was greeted by Helen with hug lol she took me to 2001 started,ran it "BOUGHT IT"........I know that this seems long winded. But the moral to this tale is "Kiddies" is I don't care how far you have to travel. This family atmosphere place is the place to go. They treat you with respect and dignity.

I'd recommend everyone buy here. I was working specifically with Cody as well as comparing prices to other dealers in my general area. I'm not a man with a lot of time and over 1/2 the dealers I talked to are into the "Come in so we can pressure you into a sale" tatic.Eisenhauer's was not like this. Cody clarified everything through email. They did a bike evaluation through pictures. And we agreed upon a price. When I got up there they didn't try to nitpick my bike to get more money out of the deal. They stuck by their word.The loan had an error on it. It ended up being $50 in my favor. Regardless of that Cody told me that he was sorry for the inconvenience and let me pick out two shirts from the store.This was a really incredibly pleasant experience. The owner was amazing and talked to me like I wasn't just a sales # but like I was a friend. Would definitely go back.

We had been shopping for a new bike for some time when on a rainy Sunday noticed that Eisenhauer's was open. We drove down to see a bike that I liked from their website, and met Claudio out front and asked about this bike. Claudio took the time to show us the bike and go over every feature in detail and then introduced us to the Sales manager Cody. Come to find out it was Claudio's Day off and he was just hanging out, yet he allowed us to suck up about and hour of his day. It rare to see such dedication from an employee . Needles to say Cody was excellent to deal with and met our requirements for the sale and we bought the 2014 Ultra Classic. I am very pleased with the service and all of their employees. Tioga County H.D. is worth a visit ! My wife and I traveled 180 miles on my 05 Road King to look at a 13 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Guess what ? We road home on the 13 Ultra Classic ! What an awesome bike buying expereance, the sales dept. was friendly,helpfull, and more than happy to assist us. After I purchased the bike, I picked out some parts and accessories for the bike, and the service department took my bike in back and put them on asap. They made some adjustments to the bike that I requested with out any questions. The service dept. is awesome!! I was on a trip from Southern New Jersey for an extended weekend and just prior to starting my 350+ mile trip home I had two warning lights come on. Every time I come to the Shop I am reminded of what being a Member of the Harley Davidson Family means! Everyone at Cox's is so friendly, helpful and sincere. The selection of parts and motorclothes is always outstanding. I really appreciate the Motorclothes being in size order with sizing that is easily read. This might not sound like much to some people but it is certainly a convenience for me as a customer. It's not hard to see why you are one of the top dealers! We can't say enough good things about our experience with Cox's H-D in Mansfield, from when we decided to buy our '06 Ultra Classic there, until we could no longer ride. We have nothing but good memories of when we would stop in to either buy some more chrome, have a check-up done or just talk to friends. They sold us our bike (our first Harley) at a price that we just could not refuse, and it was my husband's early retirement gift to himself. We put over 10,000 miles on it during the Summer of '07 and had full intentions of putting more and more on it in coming years, but on October 8th of 2007, we had a serious accident on it that put an end to our riding permanently. It will take a very long time for us to recover from that terrible day when a man, out enjoying the afternoon too in his Corvette, stopped paying attention to the road and decided to make a turn right in front of us. We were riding on Route 6 where the road is clear and we were very visible. I have to tell you all that no matter how experienced you are at riding, it may not be you at fault but *the other guy*! Our helmets saved our heads and faces with not a scratch on them but our legs didn't fare as well. Our medical bills are unbelievable, from the helicopter transports to the 47 days we spent in hospitals from our injuries. I can't find enough zeroes to put the cost here for all of that, and you can't put a price on limbs for sure. I wish for all of you a safe and fun filled riding season! We would be out there with you if we could, but instead you will be with us in thoughts and prayers. Ride Safe but watch out for the other guy! We were stranded with a flat tire on Memorial day. They retrieved the bike and both of us within an hour and a half. We were back on the road an hour later (after a free lunch). Service dept was courteous, efficient, all around super experience. THANKS EVERYBODY

I want to thank the dealership for promoting riding. They sponsored a mileage contest that I was succesful in winning. I love to ride and with the help of Cox's Harley it makes it much more enjoyable. I logged over 17,000 miles between March 1st and Oct 31st 2008. Maybe more in "2009". Now you know how much I like to ride. What makes the difference is having the right gear. That's another great department, Motorclothes, they always willing to help me gear up for my type of riding, from gor-tex rain gear to leather coats, gloves, to the neatest tee's and helmets. Service helps me keep my Harley super dependable and road worthy. They are great. Can't say enough about the parts guys, WOW they have it all or will make every effort to get what you need. I should have done this last year so here it goes.I was getting ready for my bike trip to denver and idaho across route 80 I think, any way I had a back tire installed at horsepower, I paid and left traffic was heavy but with anew back tire i chose to be good to the new tire, got my spot traffic ahead was slowing for a red light the right lane was stopped,and that is when it happened, a women stop and left room for a chevy van to get out, he claims she waived him out but I was already in that spot I knew i was goin to hit and did. So much for my trip. Fastforward a bystander, a cute bystander went to horsepower to get them to come and get my bike. Before I was taken away they arrived.I contacted state farm as where the bike was.they call hp with a few days the message was given to a girl working motorcloths and other merchandise, she knew where the message was suppose to be forward to, fo what ever reason service manager never got it, I lost two weeks I wanted to have any decisions made before leaving for the west. I called Coxs on tuesday and taiked with Don he said he would go get the bike the next day and he did, I unfortunetly put Don in a hot seat.Don took the bike got to service where The then service manager had a mechanic start working on it, the next day state farm was up to look at it. A total of 3 days and I had made some decision that were need gave the job to Coxes.Any issues that came up were taken care of with out any bickering, just we will take care of it. I really liked that when you walk in someone always says hello, They, including Jack will go out of their way to help you. The people and the service was excellant. We took our kids to look at bikes with us and everyone treated them like we were family. I would highly recommend at least visiting or even buying a bike from them. We bought a used bike and they treated us like we were buying a brand new one. We will definatly go back for our next bike and wont even consider another dealer.

When we walked into the shop for the first time, we were treated great. From sales to parts, everyone is friendly and takes time to talk to you. From the time I sent an email to Cox's and got a reply I was hooked. I sent an email to several dealerships in Jan of 2007 looking for a new 2007 FLHX in gloss black without security and at MSRP. The next day I got a reply and drove up to seal the deal- to this day the 3 other dealerships have never replied??? I have had many great trips to Laconia, Rolling Thunder and all over Pa and I have Cox's to thank for that! A great dealership and a great salesman- Thanks Jack!

This is one hell of good place to do business. Their selection is mind blowing, yet they went outside of their store to get THE bike that I wanted. Everyone is super nice, including Steve, the owner. No one was the least bit pushy. Just helpful. And the bike I bought? A new 2010 Rocker C. What can I say, other than this motorcycle is absolutely perfect for me. Jack was great to deal with and remains involved even after the sale. Rebeca has been available and willing to help when needed. The parts guys always take the time needed to get me exactly what I need when I need it and service goes the extra mile to get me in and out. Well where to begin.. I bought a used bike, a 2004 Road King in the summer of 2010 from an outside source (not a Harley Dealership). I ran into problems and without ruining anyone's name or dealership they were big problems. Unfortunately, my first choice in repairs was a private mechanic that apparently wouldn't admit defeat. This added to my issues and shame on me for not going to a reputable dealership such as Cox in the first place. I did some shopping around of course trying to save a few bucks and the only lesson (very valuable lesson) I learned was that I should have went to Cox Harley Davidson in the first place!! I talked to pretty much everyone there (Becca, Darren, Jack, Jean, Jason and Mike) at each department and no matter what route I was to decide to take I knew I was in very good hands. I felt confident from the first meeting that I would either be riding a different bike purchased at Cox soon or mine would be fixed by this outstanding team of people!! In the end we went with a re-man of the bike through Harley and even "beefed" the old King up a bit, but that's really not the end to this story. The whole team at Cox was incredible.. from showing me all possible options, complete description of the issues, proof of the damage my bike suffered, and even some tips on selling my good "over priced after market parts" I was convinced I needed (from others involved). Sales, Admin, Service and the overall "family" just overwhelmed me with a good feeling!! Thank you so much for making a very bad experience now feel extremely good. I will see a lot more of everyone there and feel comfortable saying I would consider the whole group as new friends!! They remembered my name from the very first visit, they were all onboard with my bike issues, and I just can't say enough about the whole customer experience!!
